If you're interested in live concerts in Second Life,you might have heard about her. She's one of the most requested and talented singers in SL. Carmen Roeth has enoumerous fans throughout Second Life and they keep growing and growing. The main reason of so much success is a very well sorted repertoire, a wonderful voice and lots of carisma. It's over 22 years of experience in singing in rl. YES, Carmen can really make us swing. This december 16th 2009, she'll enchant us during one hour with her songs and her magic.


For those of you who still don't know her, I've made a quick interview with our dutch star:

Marie: How did you find out that singing was your thing?
Carmen: My dad had a band and they were always at our place for rehearsals and I was always around them.


Marie: Where does your inspiration come from?
Carmen: I have no clue, music is just a part of me. Without I don't think I'm complete.

Marie: What kind of music can we expect in our concert in Holanbra?
Carmen: Woow, let's say that depends on my mood. Normaly, all kind of everything.

Marie: If you weren't singing, what kind of things would you probably be doing?
Carmen: I can't imagine I would do anything else.To tell the truth, I never thought about it.

Marie: Do you believe your experience as a singer in SL is getting better?
Carmen: I think I had enough experience already.

Amazing how time is passing fast! It's soon christmas! And to celebrate it, we're gonna do another contest: "BEST CHRISTMAS HOME". You know the drill: you have to decorate your yards with beautiful christmas motives.Home renters will get 40 extra prims for free dor the decorations. The best yards will be rewarded as shown below:

1st home renter place: 1500 L

2nd land owner place: free week
2nd home renter place: free week

Let's celebrate christmas with lots of joy and style! But most of all, let's have fun!

Jeden bekommt 40 prims, um sonnst um den Garten hubsch zu machen. Der beste kann das folgende gewinnen.

October 31st 2009,  the clock ticks 12:30 PM on Second Life. Strange creatures start to head to the dance floor, creepy decorated, located in the middle of a cemitery. After a while, normal people started to join the party, poor mortals! They didn't know that that spooky party would be a blast! All rocked by the sound of DJ Sonhador Bouscario. I've made a collage of that scary night we will never ever forget! (click the picture to see it in bigger size!)

 At the end of the party, the winners of our Halloween Contest were announced. And here are the winners:

1st place for land's owner is DIRECTOR JAMESON. Director has been living in a cemitery for the whole month! It seems that all this sacrifice has paid out! He brought home our 1st prize, 1500 L!

The 1st place for our home rentals residents was won by our dear resident LITTLEGIO MILES. Maybe he's a Johnny Depp fan or something... but it doesn't matter, he transformed his home into a cool pirate ship (the flying italian lol) and took home the prize of 1500 L! AY, Littlegio!
The second place for our home rentals residents was won by the couple GASA TURBO AND ISABELLA MEDIER. They've presented a creepy-romantic theme for their Halloween decoration with even the detail of a picture of both wishing everyone who was passing by the street a very happy Halloween! Wee! We loved it and they won 1 free rental week! Way to go Isabella and Gasa! :)
And last but certainly not least,the 3rd place for home rentals was given to  our dear resident ALTHEA NORTHMAN who has created a very evil Halloween yard for her beach home. We loved it and she got 1 free rental week for her contribution! :)
